Supposedly the trial bottle of Pure Garcinia Cambogia was free.

It appears that you have charged my account for $115.50.

I suggest that you cancel that charge and repay the funds.

Steps are already being processed as a fraudulent purchase.

What else do you want. When I called back to cancel I got a royal run around about how great this stuff is and I should make sure to have enough for at least 3 months..

What part of " I do not want any more" do you not understand.

apart from that your product is available at most Health Stores.

When people say No thank you, perhaps they are telling you they do not want any more of your product. Try listening to customers instead of making assumptions.

My experience was exactly the same as other customers. Fraudulent deceptive.

They refused to give me a full refund of the product. And they billed me almost $90 per bottle after the trial period.

I didn't catch it until the next month when the did it again! I called immediately and they refused to refund any of the original bottles and only (after much threatening) 75% of the 2nd shipment.

They're not even called ThinSport on your bank statement...

Everything about this company is fraudulent. They wouldn't let my husband refund charges he didn't know he was going to be billed for, they tried to offer him more product, and then they wouldn't let him out of the program so he wouldn't get billed anymore. They kept directing him to dead websites as well, telling him that's where he could go to close the account.

After 20 minutes of listening to this go on in a circle, I took over the phone call, managed to get them to refund half of the charges (which she kept referring to as one charge) and close the account. Then I went to my bank and its dispute department and put them on alert as I have no belief that they will do what they say they are going to do.

It's a total scam. Read the fine print. Know that on your bank account statement it will show up as being from San Diego as a company called Garcinia or Maximum Green. So keep your eyes peeled for that in the coming months.

I told them I was going to the internet about my experience with them and they didn't care so I figured I'd post on any forum I could find. I'm also calling the BBB as well. Let's get old school.

Never saw 14day trial info. charged $80+ for 1 bottle of pills@

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Was informed, when I called to stop the 1st order fulfillment that there was a 14day trial period after which product could not be refunded or cancelled. After 3 phone calls to various agents was able to get the "trial sample" billed at 50% off they would not reverse the charges.

This company is terrible and their customer service unconcerned and inept. Who in their right mind would agree to pay $87.95 for a bottle of "green tea" capsule, regardless of the formula. This information was NOT provided on their order form or website!

I will be writing the better business bureau and filing a complaint!

Read The Fine Print

Most of this is completely my fault for falling for the "free trial" scam which I am usually very quick to catch. Just want to warn people that if you do take part in the "free trial" and do not call their toll-free number within 2 weeks of receiving the product, you will be sent more shipments at a cost of OVER $100 a month (at least for shipments to Canada).

Lesson learned, read the fine print, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. I WILL say their customer service was excellent when I called to cancel, I was expecting to have to jump through hoops and have them try to sell me more products but they were very helpful and my account was immediately canceled (I got a confirmation email within seconds of getting off the phone.)

SHIPPED EVEN THOUGH ORDER CANCELLED.

My girlfiend saw the trial offer of $4.95 and wanted to try it. We got half way through the sign up page when I spotted the very small disclaimer of automatic billing at $89.95 month.

I immediately cancelled the sign up process, even got the message on screen saying "warning if you leave the page now your order has not been confirmed"

A week later my card was charged $4.95 and we received the product.

I called their customer line and disputed we had ever ordered it. I was told "OK we have cancelled future orders and you can keep this one for just $44"

I said "no give me an RMA" -- then they said well "ok just pay $22 and keep the order"

I demanded an RMA and returned the product registered mail to cover myself and know they received it.

A very dubious company, I will be checking my card statement for the next few months as I do not trust them not to continue billing.

Is there a number or email to call them?

Guest

I was charged after cancelling my order too. Could you please give me a number to call or an email to send an email to?

I really want to get my money back and make sure I am not charged anything more. I'm only a college student and I need that money back.

FRAUD - Just got my statement with a Thinsport charge of $101.00

I can't believe I was so *** not to follow this up when I saw the add for a free pure Garcina Cambogia and started to fill out the form but when I got to the last page, the add wanted to add something else for $38.00, I said no and ended it. I received the *** product in the mail and a deduction from my credit card for $38.00 + tax even though I had gone back through that page at the beginning and deleted my information...what a scam! It doesn't end there then 2 weeks after that another charge went through for $101.00....OMG....Don't buy from the Internet...I hope visa will refund the money but we will cancel the card anyway.

Cant contact you on the phone to cancel my order

I had your trail product for the amount of days a Rita Thompson gave me . if I didn't like the product I was to call back in 27 days and cancel and there would be no charges to my credit card.

But when I try to call I get no answer so please put instructions on my account to not send me anymore product . I did not see a difference in my weight loss.

I don't like these companys that automatic charge your credit card I think if you like the product you will contact the company and order yourself .

FRAUDULENT CARD CHARGES --- "Free Trial Offer"

FRAUD ! We responded to an offer of a “free trial”.

All we had to do is pay a $4.95 shipping fee for a one-month supply. We charged it on a card and were emailed a receipt showing “order total – $4.95” and zero balance due – this receipt was emailed from “Pure Garcinia ”. Got a bottle of Garcinia cambogia within a week with a packing list showing $4.95. Two weeks later, our bank alerts us to a suspicious charge of $89.41.

Within minutes, we traced it and find it’s a charge listed as “Pure Garcinia”. There is nothing in ANY PAPERWORK (emailed receipt, packing list) indicating any additional charge beyond the initial $4.95 --- FRAUD !

CHARGE that i do not wish to pay

i received the trial package and no where in their ad nor on their package did it say that we needed to pay for the trial

package if we did no longer wish to continue. i tried telling

several costumer service reps this but all they said was " I

UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN." and only creditted me a sum of about 45.00$ their total charge is about 400.00$ i have no means to pay this and i am asking for a full refund if possible so i can get my account settled.

i really do not want to attack anyone in regards to this product but for me it did not work and that sum is crazy to have to pay for pills i will be throwing out.

hoping you will be understanding in this matter

regards,

I believe that thinsport's way of doing business is unethical, they sent me a sample bottle for the charge of $5.99, and stated that I did not have to do anything to receive a regular supply. Well, at the time I recvd the news from my Gyn.

that I had osterperosis and had to start taking meds. to build up my bones to prevent breakage. Also,my husband who is a diabetic was having problems with his health, so i forgot to answer the thinsport co. that I could not take any suppliments because of my condition and the meds I was taking.

When I recvd a package in the mail I returned it to sender unopened. I did not hear any more from them until I got my statement from my credit card and they had charged over $85.00 for the package I returned and a second charge of over $90.00. When I disputed the charges I had not agreed to pay, they said because of the statement of notification to Thinsport that I did not notify them, that I had to pay the $85. even tho I did not know how much I was being charged.

The second amount of $95. was taken off my account. I do not have the pills and did not get a refund from Thinsport.

I think I should get a refund since I did not agree to that amount that was charged to my card. They are a totally unethical company.

Ripped Off!!

I was on the Dr.Oz website and was reading the "rave" reviews about this "incredible" weight loss supplement called Thin Sport. I never order anything like this on-line.

But I thought, it's was on Dr. Oz, so it's safe. I always order through a personal distributor. Now I know why.

I received my sample bottle fairly quick. I was excited. A week or two in taking this "***", I thought this is doing nothing. So I try to go and cancel through the autoship which they say you can do if not satisfied with the product.

It's a mystery on how to do that, there is no where to do this. So of course my credit card is charged for a regular shipment of this *** and I didn't even receive the product!!!!!!! I don't want it, but I want my money back!!!!

I also wonder what I was putting in my body.

ThinSport

Ordered free sample based on the word of mouth magazine advertising how well it works. This stuff does not work.

I have never tried a diet supplement. Same thing happened here. There isn't any documentation that comes with the bottle. It is not FDA approved - but that was not in the article. I am having my credit card company get this resolved. Yeah the pills showed up two weeks after the samples. The distribution company has nothing to do with the product. They just ship and bill.

We should put togheter a class action suit and warn the rest of the public.

Same Here

After seeing the Thinsport episode on Dr. Oz my wife ordered some.

During the phone call she got the hardsell for extra this and that and finally called back to complain, but she did order the free trial (Of course $5.95 shipping). Two weeks later we found a charge for $89.41 and are trying to figure out how to get this refunded.

I have written to the Dr.

Oz show and am waiting on an answer. I know that he is not associated with the show, but my feeling is that my wife would not have done business with Thinsport if not for his name.

Overcharged

I purchased a weight loss.."diet pill". Then my account got charged more money and I received nothing more from company.

The packaging was minimal and contained very little reading material. In the middle of it, there is a 14 day return notice. NEVER does it say you will be charged more. Call this number, get their special "RMA" number and send back the unused portion.

Ewww! Does that mean what I got is someone else's "unused portion"? REALLY? What the heck do they want it back for?

BUt, NO WHERE does it say you will be billed another $89.41 to your account! I want that money returned, and there is no product to return, it has been FLUSHED!

Flushing the pills violates their terms of service and does not entitle you to a refund. Diet pills don't work, don't you know that?
